Our FAQ section is designed to provide customers with answers to common questions about our paint protection film and tint.   • Do you do auto detailing?
    Yes AND no! Our sister company, Killer Queen Detailing, handles all of our detailing appointments with the exception of ceramic coatings if done in conjunction with our PPF services. For more information on our detailing division, please click below!
  • What are your hours of operations?
    We are open Monday-Saturday generally from 9a until the last vehicle leaves. We are typically by appointment, but may be able to accommodate last minute appointments. Please contact us at 808-470-3645 for precise availability. We try to be as flexible as possible!
  • What are your general terms and conditions?

  • Do you have a waiting area?
    We unfortunately do not have a waiting area. Please make arrangements to drop off/pick up your vehicle. If needed, we can provide you with a ride to/from our location within the 96707 & 96706 zip codes. Please request this prior to confirming your appointment in case we are unable to accommodate.
  • Can I add on services at any time?
    We absolutely appreciate the support however, we may not always be able to accommodate added services on the day of your appointment. Please discuss options with us prior to your appointment to ensure we can provide you the best service possible!
  • Where are you located and are you mobile?
    Our garage is located in Kapolei. Please call us at 808-470-3645 for exact location. We currently cannot support mobile service for our tint side.
  • Do you provide a warranty?
    YES! All of our window films come with a LIFETIME manufactures warranty!
  • What are Hawaii tint laws and how dark can I have my tint?
    Darkest legal tint for Cars in Hawaii Windshield: Non-reflective window tint is allowed on the top 4 inches of the windshield. Front Side windows: Must allow more than 35% of light in. Back Side windows: Must allow more than 35% of light in. Rear window: Must allow more than 35% of light in. Darkest legal tint for SUV and Vans in Hawaii Windshield: Non-reflective window tint is allowed on the top 4 inches of the windshield. Front Side windows: Must allow more than 35% of light in. Back Side windows: Any darkness window tint can be used Rear window: Any darkness window tint can be used Please note: The accuracy, completeness, adequacy or currency of the content is not warranted or guaranteed.   • How much does it cost?
    Each quote can vary depending on year, make, model, film type, etc. Our quotes are customizable based on many different options. Please call or text us for more information today!
  • Does tint removal come with your packages? How long does it take?
    Tint removal is an extra charge. We charge based on how many windows need removal and how old the tint is. The duration of service for tint removal will vary. Older tint will likely require some time to remove. Please plan to leave the vehicle for the day if tint removal is required.
  • How much does it cost?
    Much like our other services, we provide different tiers of coverage. Pricing will also be based on year, make and model of the vehicle. Please call or text us for a quote today!
  • Do you provide a warranty?
    YES! Our paint protection film comes with a 10 year manufacturers warranty!
  • What is the difference between paint protection film and ceramic coating?
    Paint protection film is a transparent film made of polyurethane that is applied to a vehicle’s exterior to protect it from rock chips, scratches, and other damage. Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that is applied to a vehicle’s exterior to protect it from UV rays, dirt, and other environmental contaminants. The main difference between paint protection film and ceramic coating is that paint protection film is a physical barrier that will provide a greater level of protection, while ceramic coating is a chemical layer that will provide a more comprehensive level of protection.
  • How long will it take? Will I have to leave the vehicle with you?
    The duration of service will be based on which package you choose. There is some curing time that is needed even for same day installations. Please consult with us regarding length of service and garage time needed.
